At White Zinnias Co., all of our products are made to order with care through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, all sales are final.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly resolve issues if your order arrives defective or incorrect.
Eligible Issues for Replacement:

Wrong product received (not matching the order receipt)

Physically damaged items
How to Report a Defective Product:
If your item qualifies as defective, please email us at hkcd47@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Your email must include:

Clear photos of the item showing:

The defect & details about how the order was packaged.

Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Your order number

Our team will then contact you within 48hrs and If your product is found defective a replacement product will be sent back.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or any non-defective reasons.
