At White Zinnias Co., each product is made to order, specially crafted just for you. We work with trusted global production and fulfillment partners to ensure your items are produced and delivered with care and efficiency.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and sent to production shortly after you place your order.

  • Because our products are custom-made, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. On average:

  • Domestic Orders (USA): 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days after fulfillment

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly due to seasonal demand or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.

  • Many of our products follow a flat rate shipping model.

  • Shipping costs may increase slightly when ordering multiple items due to packaging and carrier adjustments.

Example (for flat-rate items):

  • First item: $4.40

  • Each additional item: +$0.30

Final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We ship worldwide! Orders are produced and shipped from the nearest facility to your location to ensure fast and sustainable delivery.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives with damage, please email us at hkcd47@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Important Notes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions.

  • Customs or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our on-demand production process.
